- Can I buy an item directly before, during or after an auction?
- If the Buy Now feature on the auctioned Item is available then you may purchase the item directly at any time by paying the recommended price and the delivery charge.
- How are direct purchase process calculated?
- When you decide to purchase an item directly during an auction in which you are bidding or following one in which you made bids but were not successful, the item price is reduced by the value of the total number of bids you made and displayed next to the Buy Now button.
- In offering you this option we ensure that there are no losers at Smokoo.
- Can I return purchased goods?
- All items purchased from Smokoo whether through auction or by direct purchase are subject to our 7-day return policy. Undamaged goods in their original intact packaging will be refunded with the full purchase price. Refunds do not include delivery or return transportation charges and will be for the account of the bidder/buyer.
