  • Is there a charge for delivery?
    • As with any online purchase, delivery will carry a charge. The precise amount charged will depend upon the mass of the item purchased.  Shipping charges for each item are displayed clearly on the Auction Detail Page, so you can see the cost before you bid.
  • How are auction items transported?
    • We contract professional couriers who undertake all deliveries on our behalf. Normally, deliveries will be conducted using road transport only..
  • Where in the can deliveries be made?
    • Deliveries are restricted to all major centres and most minor centres. It is advisable to determine what delivery facilities serve your area before participating in any auctions.
  • How long does delivery take?
    • Most items arrive within 14 to 21 days after you have placed your order. For second and subsequent orders, we dispatch right away, and then it’s up to the courier. In the event that your delivery takes longer than this you should contact Smokoo directly and quote your unique tracking number e-mailed to you on dispatch of your order.
  • Can I check the progress of my delivery?
    • Yes. Once your order has been placed and your Smokoo account has been successfully verified, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking number with which you will be able to track the progress of your shipment through courier's online tracking system.
