- Can I obtain a refund on cancelled items?
- All items whether secured on auction or purchased directly may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receipt. The amount of the refund will exclude the cost of delivery and return transport. This applies only to undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Does Smokoo offer a guarantee on auctioned items?
- Smokoo is not responsible for any faults or flaw that may occur with items purchased via its site. All items auctioned or sold via the Smokoo site are brand new and subject to the manufacturer’s normal warranty conditions. Any claim to be made under the manufacturer’s warranty will need to be negotiated directly with the manufacturer.
- What must I do if an item is faulty?
- We would advise that you first check any instructions very carefully to ensure that it is actually faulty prior to returning it. If you are then certain that it is, in fact, faulty please contact us before taking any further action and we will advise you regarding the return and claim procedure.
