  • Can I change my email address if required?
    • Your e-mail address is your login account name, to change this we would require you to send a request to support@smokoo.com from the address you wish us to update your account details to. We will then update your account information with the new e-mail address and confirm the change by responding to the original e-mail request.
  • Can I change my username or password?
    • You can change the password once logged in and navigating to My Account, Modify Profile. Screen/ display names cannot be modified or changed.
  • Can I change my address?
    • Yes, you are able to do so by submitting a new, recent utility bill to verification@smokoo.com.
  • How can I confirm that I have secured an auction?
    • When you secure an auction, the screen will return your username as the winner for you and all other bidders to see. An automated e-mail is also sent customers to inform them of the successful bid in the auction. All auctions are subject to verification and validation – should any technical fault have occurred resulting in a premature close to the auction, Smokoo reserves the right to re-open or cancel the affected auction(s).
  • How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to your newsletter?
    • During the registration process you will be asked if you wish to receive the newsletter so is only necessary to tick the appropriate check box.
    • Each newsletter carries a link that enables you to unsubscribe.
  • How long do free bids and vouchers remain valid?
    • The validity of these items may vary according to the circumstances under which they are granted, Validity may range from 1 day up to 30 days but is clearly stated at the time of issue so you are advised to take careful note.
  • What if I forget my username or password?
    • From the Home Page there is a lost password button – inserting your registered e-mail address and submitting,  an email will be sent to you with your login information.
  • How can I check how many bids I have left?
    • Whenever you log into the member’s area with your username and password the number of your remaining bids is automatically displayed at the top of the page.
  • How can I check how many auctions I have won?
    • When logged in you just need to select the My Purchases from the My Account area to display a detailed log of all of the auctions you have secured to date.
